The workshop will explore how the Department of War (DoW) can effectively develop, access, and leverage super intelligence (SI) capabilities through strategic partnerships and investments across the broader federal, academic, and commercial research ecosystem. Discussions will consider which SI capabilities DoW should develop internally, which may be best obtained from commercial providers, and where partnerships with organizations such as the Department of Energy (DOE), National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), universities, and industry could provide opportunities to accelerate scientific discovery and strengthen S&T capabilities.
