Kait Spear, MPP, is a Program Officer with the National Academies and the Co-Director of the Action Collaborative on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education. Before joining the National Academies in 2022, Spear was a Senior Research Associate at NORC at the University of Chicago, where her work focused on program evaluation, campus sexual misconduct, and intimate partner violence. Spear received her Master in Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
