Dr. Terri Frasca joined the National Academies in 2023 as a Program Officer with the Action Collaborative on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education. She leads the Prevention and Remediation Working Groups, supporting efforts to develop and publish resources to address and prevent sexual harassment. Dr. Frasca graduated from Penn State in 2023 with her Ph.D. and M.S. in Psychology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, and received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2015.
