Bill Flack is a Professor in the Psychology Department at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania USA. He has conducted research on the causes, characteristics, and consequences of sexual assault among university students for over 20 years. He is a member of the Administrator-Researcher Campus Climate Collaborative (ARC3), which produced a widely adopted survey on gender-based violence among university students. He has also been a Fulbright Scholar at Ulster University (2015) and the National University of Ireland-Galway (2019).
