Implementing A New Vision for High Quality Pre-K Curriculum: A Workshop

Join Us for a Workshop Hosted by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s (NASEM) Forum for Children’s Well-Being

This event will serve as an implementation summit dedicated to advancing the recommendations outlined in the Board on Children, Youth, and Families' consensus study report, "A New Vision for High-Quality Preschool Curriculum," sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The summit will feature panel presentations on key report findings and highlighting models of high-quality curricula design and implementation. It will also feature tabletop dialogues among speakers and audience members, offering a unique platform for key constituencies to respond to the report’s vision and shape next steps. Presentations and discussions will center on considering implementation challenges, identifying opportunities, and fostering collaboration across sectors towards actionable steps for equitable and accessible high-quality preschool curricula.

We welcome all those invested in early childhood development including educators, researchers, funders, curriculum developers, parents and caregivers, federal, state, and local decision-makers, as well as nonprofit leaders to participate in this event.
