Natalie Dolci, LICSW (she/her) is a licensed independent clinical social worker with a background in gender-based violence response and threat assessment. She is the Assistant Director of the University of Washington SafeCampus program which provides consultation to the UW community regarding concerns related to mental health, violence prevention, and other forms of crisis intervention. Throughout her career she has provided direct services work and programmatic development supporting survivors of gender-based violence in the community-based, campus-based, and systems-based advocacy contexts.
Natalie has conducted local community-based participatory research and trained nationally on the role that the abusive use of technology plays in interpersonal violence, and how systems can improve their coordinated response. Natalie provides consultation, clinical supervision, and capacity-building work to organizations and individuals via Dolci Consulting, PLLC.
