Andrea Pereyra is the Assistant Director of Postdoctoral Life Design at Johns Hopkins University, where she supports the professional and career development of postdoctoral fellows across all disciplines. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA), advancing national initiatives that strengthen the postdoctoral experience.

Trained as a physician-scientist, Dr. Pereyra earned her MD and PhD from the National University of La Plata School of Medicine in Argentina and later came to the United States to pursue postdoctoral training. Her academic background and mentoring experience inspire her commitment to helping scholars design meaningful and sustainable careers.
