Defining Quality Together: Youth, Parent & Practitioner Perspectives on Digital Mental Health Tools
Quality means different things to different people when it comes to digital tools for youth mental health. Before we can measure what works, we need to understand what matters to those who use, support, and deliver these tools. This summit will bring together the voices that matter most: young people navigating mental health support, parents and caregivers advocating for their children, and practitioners on the frontlines of care.
Through two dynamic panels, we'll tackle fundamental questions: How do youth define quality in digital mental health tools? What do parents need to trust these platforms? How do practitioners evaluate effectiveness? And critically—whose voices have been missing from these conversations? This summit isn't just about defining metrics— it's about ensuring that quality measurement reflects the lived experiences and priorities of youth, families, and those who support them.
