Exploring the UIDP Industry-Integrated PhD (I-PhD) Scholars Program
Join the Government-University-Industry-Philanthropy Research Roundtable (GUIPRR) for a webinar featuring Anthony (Tony) Boccanfuso, Ph.D., (UIDP President & CEO/UI Collab Principal) and Gretchen Bollar-Fiorenza, Ph.D. (UIDP Program Manager) who will introduce the University-Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP) Industry-Integrated PhD (I-PhD) Scholars Program.
This innovative initiative seeks to strengthen connections between doctoral education and industry by creating opportunities for PhD students to gain industry experience while advancing their academic research. The webinar will explore the program's goals, structure, and potential to strengthen university-industry partnerships and prepare the next generation of researchers for diverse career pathways.
Participants will also have an opportunity to learn how universities, industry partners, and other organizations can engage with the program and contribute to its continued development.
