My name is Angelica, I am a PhD candidate in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of Michigan (I study the effect of tetraploidy on gene expression), former President of U of M graduate student government, and also former Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Association of Graduate and Professional Students. I am interested in overall improving the research environment in academia, focusing on all kinds of harassment that affect people's ability to perform at the best level that they can.
