On this page, you will find some important notes on what attending the 2025 Public Summit in person will entail, like maps and directions to the Beckman Center, conveniently located hotels, and events occurring in the area that participants may want to attend in their free time.

Private Spaces for Those Attending In-Person:

To support those attending in person who may need to step away from the Public Summit briefly, the Action Collaborative will provide multiple private offices for attendees to reserve in advance or during the Summit. These spaces are designed to be flexible and can be used for various purposes, such as making a private call, finding a quiet moment to decompress, or stepping away to recharge. Each space will have a table or desk, chairs, a phone, a sign for marking the room as “occupied”, and outlets for charging electronic devices. In the coming weeks, we will provide the details for how to reserve these spaces in advance of the meeting.
